HAOS.fm offers the following subscription plans:

2.1 Free Plan

• Price: 0 PLN / 0 USD
• Features: Basic synthesizer access, limited presets, community support
• Duration: Unlimited

2.2 Basic Plan

• Price: 29 PLN / 7 USD per month (monthly) or 290 PLN / 70 USD per year (yearly)
• Features: All synthesizers, 100 preset slots, email support, collaboration tools (3 projects)
• Duration: 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly)

2.3 Premium Plan

• Price: 49 PLN / 12 USD per month (monthly) or 490 PLN / 120 USD per year (yearly)
• Features: All synthesizers, unlimited presets, priority support, advanced collaboration, MIDI export
• Duration: 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly)

2.4 Pro Plan

• Price: 99 PLN / 24 USD per month (monthly) or 990 PLN / 240 USD per year (yearly)
• Features: All Premium features + commercial license, API access, white-label option, dedicated support
• Duration: 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly)

4. Return and Refund Policy

4.1 Consumer Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

According to the Act on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal:

1. Send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to: hubertkozuchowski@gmail.com
2. Include your order number and email address
3. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request within 24 hours

4.2 Refund Processing

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal statement.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

4.3 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Digital content services if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal

Note: When subscribing to HAOS.fm, you will be asked to confirm that you want immediate access to the service, which means you acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal for the digital service.

5. Complaints and Technical Support

5.1 How to File a Complaint

If you experience any issues with our service, please contact us:

5.2 Complaint Procedure

1. Submit your complaint via email or phone with:
   • Your account email
   • Order/subscription ID
   • Detailed description of the issue
   • Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)
2. Confirmation: We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
3. Investigation: We will investigate your complaint within 2-5 business days
4. Resolution: You will receive our response and proposed solution within 14 days

5.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you may use alternative dispute resolution methods:

• ODR Platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
• Consumer Ombudsman: Contact your local consumer protection office
• Court: You may bring the matter before a competent court

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through PayU, which supports:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• BLIK (Poland)
• Bank transfers
• PayPal

6.2 Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in PLN (Polish Złoty) and USD (US Dollars). Prices include applicable VAT (Polish VAT: 23%).

6.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You will be charged using your saved payment method. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for HAOS.fm services. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events.

8. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Do not share your account with others
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
• Respect intellectual property rights

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and materials on HAOS.fm are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their created content (presets, projects) but grant HAOS.fm a license to host and display this content.

10. Limitation of Liability

HAOS.fm and Hubert Kozuchowski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
